What Makes My Work Unique?
I spent a decade in Berlin, touring as an electronic music artist, organising events, and curating my label. These roles honed my sense of rhythm, ambience, and the powerful role sound plays in setting atmosphere and emotion.
After earning a Master’s degree in Sound Studies and Sonic Arts at the University of the Arts in Berlin, where I completed a 6-channel sound installation, I transitioned into game audio. My experience with large-scale projects and technical sound design gave me a strong foundation for creating immersive soundscapes that elevate interactive and narrative-driven experiences.
Game Audio
I work fluently in FMOD, with experience placing and balancing audio in Unity and Unreal 5. I create adaptive audio systems, dynamic SFX, and have a strong understanding of spatialisation, and interactive mix design. This is demonstrated across my work with interactive sound installations and in immersive game projects I’ve been involved with such as The Guardian of Nature and The Darkest Files.

Testimonials
Fein Games
“Kate’s sound design and music for our game are excellent. The game wouldn’t be half as good an experience without her contribution, as it makes the players just want to spend more time in it. Kate works independently and self-driven, taking care of all things sound related - music, sfx, and implementation. One of her qualities, besides being a master of her craft, is the ability to adapt to any technical setup that is required. I’d recommend working with Kate to everyone.”

“Kate is a pleasure to work with. She is efficient, capable and reliable. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a top-notch addition to their music and / or sound department.”

“If somebody asked me to describe the word "wholesome", I would show them The Guardian of Nature. This game is a heartwarming work of art that's perfect for all ages. The art and music are breathtaking and relaxing, but that doesn't mean the puzzles aren't genuinely challenging. On top of it all, its message encourages us to be kind to nature, reminding us that no living being is ever alone. I can't wait to see where Henry's tale goes from here.”
